1. Consent

By filling out and submitting a form on the web studio Form website, the user freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, gives consent to the site owner to process personal data under the terms of this consent and the Privacy Policy.

2. Data

Consent applies to data that the user provides himself: name, phone number, email, company name, position, messenger, website or links to the project, message text, information about the niche, goals, budget, deadlines, cart contents, selected services, files and links to references.

Technical data may also be processed: IP address, user-agent, date and time of form submission, page URL, referral source, cookies, localStorage data, cart and form events.

3. Goals

The data is processed to receive an application, communicate with the user, consult, calculate the cost, prepare a commercial proposal, agree on a contract and invoice, execute a project, support the client, send service notifications, protect against spam, analyze site performance and comply with legal requirements.

4. Actions with data

The user agrees to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer to authorized persons, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data using or without automation tools.

7. Withdrawal of consent

The user can revoke consent by sending a request to email: support@forma-it.rf. Upon receipt of the request, the operator will cease processing the data unless it has another legal basis for continued storage or processing.

8. Confirmation
