How we process applications, contacts, shopping cart data and technical site data.

1. Who processes the data
This Policy describes the procedure for processing personal data of website users HAMS Web Studio. The data operator is the owner of the site and the provider of web development, design, SEO, advertising, support, CRM/ERP and integration services. If the user leaves a request, collects a shopping cart, sends a contact form or writes via messenger, he confirms that he has read this Policy and consents to the processing of data for the purposes described below. 2. What data we collect
The following can be processed through the site’s forms: name, phone number, email, company name, project niche, message text, links to references, cart contents, selected services, approximate budget, deadlines, method of communication and other information that the user voluntarily indicates in the application.
The site may also automatically receive technical data: IP address, user-agent, browser and device information, date and time of access, page URL, referral source, cookies, form and cart events. This data is needed for security, analytics, correct operation of the site and improvement of the interface.
3. Purposes of processing
The data is used for receiving and processing applications, preparing consultations, calculating costs, creating a commercial proposal, agreeing on a contract and invoice, project execution, customer support, sending service notifications, improving the site, protecting against spam and abuse, conducting internal analytics and complying with legal requirements.
We do not sell personal data and do not publish it publicly. Portfolios, reviews and client names are posted only after approval or in anonymized form.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the user’s consent, the need to prepare and execute a contract, the legitimate interests of the operator in ensuring the security of the site and the fulfillment of obligations established by applicable law.
When collecting personal data of users from Russia, the operator must ensure recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of such data using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
5. To whom the data can be transferred
Access to the data can be obtained by employees and contractors who need it to process the application and complete the project: managers, designers, developers, analysts, support specialists, accounting, hosting providers, CRM, email and instant messenger services, payment services and analytics services. Such persons receive only the minimum necessary amount of data and are required to maintain confidentiality.
Notifications on applications can be sent to the studio’s Telegram bot. In this case, the message includes contacts, the contents of the application and the service number of the order, so that the manager can quickly contact the client.
6. Shelf life
Applications and correspondence are stored as long as necessary to process the request, prepare an offer, execute the contract, accounting, protect rights and confirm agreements. If no contract is concluded, application data may be stored for up to 3 years unless the user requests deletion earlier and the operator has a legal basis for further storage.
7. User rights
The user has the right to request information about the processing of his personal data, clarify the data, withdraw consent, demand blocking or deletion of data if their processing is no longer necessary or is carried out unlawfully.
To contact us, use email: support@forma-it.rf. The request must indicate the name, contact for response and the nature of the request. Before executing the request, the operator may ask to confirm that the data belongs to the applicant.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and local browser storage to operate the shopping cart, save selected services, protect forms, analyze visits and improve the interface. When you first visit the site, you will see a banner with a choice: accept cookies or leave only necessary ones. The user can limit cookies in the browser settings, but some of the site's functions may not work correctly.

9. Data protection
The operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect data from accidental or illegal access, modification, disclosure, blocking, copying, provision, distribution and destruction. Access to applications is limited to business needs.
10. Policy changes
The policy may be updated if the site, services, legislation or data processing changes change. The current version is always published on this page.
