1. Purpose of the site

The HAMS Web Studio website is intended for getting acquainted with the services of a web studio, viewing cases, demo interfaces, sample packages, prices, work process, blog and sending requests for consultation or project calculations.

By using the site, the user agrees to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the terms of the Public Offer as applicable to ordering services.

2. Catalog and cart

The service catalog and shopping cart are used for preliminary selection of packages and budget assessment. Information about the timing, price and composition of packages is indicative and does not constitute an unconditional obligation of the Contractor to complete the project on the specified conditions without specifying the task.

After sending the application, the manager contacts the user, clarifies the task, deadlines, materials, technical limitations and prepares the final proposal.

3. Application forms

The user undertakes to provide accurate contact information and not to send illegal materials, malicious links, spam, personal data of third parties without legal basis, trade secrets without the permission of the copyright holder and materials that violate the rights of others through the site forms.

If the user attaches links to references, technical specifications, layouts or old sites, he confirms that he has the right to transfer these materials for analysis and preparation of proposals.

4. Demonstration projects and cases

Cases, layouts, demo admin panels and built-in interfaces on the site are intended to familiarize you with the approach, level of implementation and capabilities of the team. Demo data may be mocked, anonymized, or modified to protect customer and business information.

The user may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, bypass restrictions, scan the site for vulnerabilities without written permission, interfere with the operation of demo projects, or use demo interfaces for real operations.

5. Intellectual rights

The site design, texts, page structure, illustrations, code, animations, service cards, cases and other materials belong to the site owner or are used legally. Copying, processing, publication and commercial use of materials without written consent is prohibited, except in cases of quotation with an active link to the site.

6. External links

The site may contain links to external sites, services, demo projects, payment systems, instant messengers, social networks and customer materials. The site owner is not responsible for the availability, content, security and privacy policy of external resources.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided for informational purposes. The site owner tries to keep the content up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, technical failures, interruptions in access or outdated information. Before ordering services, all essential conditions are specified separately.

8. Prohibited actions

It is prohibited to use the site for spam, illegal advertising, phishing, distribution of malicious code, violation of the rights of third parties, hacking attempts, automated data collection without the consent of the site owner, overloading the infrastructure or bypassing technical restrictions.

9. Change of agreement

The site owner has the right to update this Agreement. The new edition is valid from the moment of publication on this page. If the user continues to use the site after the update, it is considered that he has accepted the new edition.
